NT Technosoft simplified the multi-step form, reshaped the business logic, strengthened validation, and supported integration with the bank system.

What makes this case strong
we can work with complex banking scenarios
we can rebuild flows to improve conversion
we keep product logic and security together

Project context

The project operated in a sensitive banking environment where stability, data accuracy, and predictable processing were critical.

The platform handled registration and data transfer into the bank's downstream flow.

The system was already live, but the registration journey needed to be rebuilt.

Initial task

Step 01

Rework the legal-entity registration system.

Step 02

Reduce friction and improve completion rates.

Step 03

Strengthen validation, security, and internal processing.

Challenges and constraints

This was not just a delivery project built around a list of requirements. The approach had to account for environment constraints, the live state of the existing system, and the cost of mistakes in real use.

01

High cost of mistakes in a banking environment.

02

A heavy 9-step form.

03

Low completion rate and too many irrelevant fields.

04

Partial manual handling inside the bank flow.

05

The need to enter a live product very carefully.

What was blocking progress in practice

The registration flow had 9 steps.
A large share of users dropped before the end.
Not every field made sense for every company type.
Some data still had to be passed along manually after intermediate processing.
This hurt conversion, stability, and internal workload at the same time.

What we did

01

Reduced the flow from 9 steps to 4.

02

Cut the number of fields significantly.

03

Rebuilt business logic by company and founder type.

04

Strengthened validation, security, and admin processes.

05

Supported integration with the internal banking system.

Key decisions

01

We did not stop at cosmetics.

02

We treated the UI, internal processing, and banking flow as one process.

03

The main focus was conversion and logic, not only visual polish.

Results

Completion conversion improved by 60-75%

Fill time dropped by more than 3x

Internal processing became roughly 4x faster

Automatic transfer into the internal banking system was introduced

Protection against mass invalid submissions and DDoS was strengthened
